Join Beth Smith, the artist behind MamaDuck Art, for a 2-hour, in-person watercolor workshop as we paint beautiful transparent flowers. We’ll learn how to work with the wet-on-wet technique, layers, and managing the water and colors to create not one but two 5×7” floral paintings.
This workshop is beginner-friendly in a relaxed and supportive environment. If you’ve been craving a little peace and creativity, this is a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours and expand your creative horizons.
Yes, you can do this!! All materials will be provided, and sketches will be created for you. You only need to show up, ready for some calm and enjoyable creativity.
LOCATION: St. Francis United Methodist Church Pavilion - Classroom #3; 4200 McKee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270 (This is not the main church building; it’s in a building of classrooms.)
NOTE: An email will be sent with directions and arrival times about 3-4 days before the session date.
