Annual Donations
When you purchase from MamaDuck Art, not only are you getting beautiful nature-inspired art and supporting a creative small business, but you are also supporting a nonprofit that brings humans and nature together in a beautiful and life-changing way. At the end of each year, I will donate a percentage of my proceeds to this chosen nonprofit.
Project 2 Heal
Project 2 Heal is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the availability of service dogs for veterans, children with special needs, and adults with disabilities. As the only nonprofit in the U.S. focused on breeding and nurturing purpose-bred Labrador Retrievers, Project 2 Heal donates their puppies to accredited service dog training programs nationwide. With a 75–80% success rate, their dogs help reduce wait times and costs, so more people in need can experience the life-changing support of a service dog.
I have chosen Project 2 Heal because they breed, raise, train, and donate nature (Labrador Retriever puppies) to improve the lives of humans in need. And they’re based near me in Charlotte, NC. The work they are doing is transformational, and I’m honored to support their mission.
“Transformational Hope”
Each year, MamaDuck Art will donate 10% of all sales to Project 2 Heal, so you can support them just by purchasing some nature-inspired art. And in 2026, I took it one step further by creating an original painting and donating it to them with the intent of 100% of the proceeds going directly to Project 2 Heal.
The painting features three beloved Labrador Retriever puppies from Project 2 Heal (P2H), capturing their personality, spirit, and charm in stunning detail. Introducing “Chessie” (the Chocolate Lab), “Magic” (the Yellow Lab), and “Chance” (the Black Lab). These three precious pups were painted to represent all of the puppies that Project 2 Heal has, is, and will breed, raise, train, and donate with the mission of transforming lives with service dogs. Every P2H puppy represents hope for someone in need, and service dogs transform not only the life of the recipient but also their family. Thus, the original painting was titled “Transformational Hope.” The original painting was included in an online auction for their Spring fundraiser; and at the end of the auction, it sold for $1050.00 to support the mission of Project 2 Heal.
